Welcome to Pat's Planet. This is my webpage where I rant about things which are on my mind, like politics, pop culture and dating. I hope you enjoy this site.
CHELATION THERAPY: BETTER THAN STATIN DRUGS?
Billions of dollars are spent every year to treat the leading casue of disease in the United States: heart disease. Most of those billions are spent on costly and dangerous surgery for angioplasty,
stents, open heart surgery, and even heart transplants. What isn't spent on surgery is spent on expensive drugs like statins and blood pressure medication. What else can you do to counter all of that heart disease and cholesterol?
Well, what about natural therapies? Shouldn't you just eat a low fat diet and exercise?
Those are good ideas, but sometimes this isn't enough.
What if someone told you that you could get the effects of a healthy heart without having to have expensive and dangerous surgery or paying for expensive drugs which may do more harm than good to your body?
Well, believe it or not, this treatment exists now. It's called chelation therapy.
What is chelation therapy? Basically it's a therapy by which repeated administrations of a weak synthetic amino acid (EDTA, ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid) gradually reduces atherosclerotic plaque and other
mineral deposits throughout the cardiovascular system by literally dissolving them away. These dissolved fatty plaque deposits are then excreted normally from your system.
There are two types of chelation therapy; intravenous and oral therapy.

The Four Pedestals of a Successful Dream Builder
by Anthony Johnson | September 14, 2005
What has four legs and move mountains?
One day we will learn that the heart can never be totally right if the head
is totally wrong. Only through the bringing together of head and heart
intelligence and goodness shall man rise to a fulfillment of his true nature.
Well said! Rev. Martin Luther King. Jr. I, too, often wonder how to bridge
the gap between head and heart. You did it! If you only lived to see what
became of this country -- you would be proud of the progress. Don't get me
wrong, we still have a long way to go.
In the 60's and 70's many people had dreams of living in a peaceful world -- a
world of equality. But, only a handful actually did something about it. Your
dream of equality for humankind was HUGE. You not only had your own doubts to
deal with, but others were willing and ready to kill; to see to it that your
dream was not built in the minds of others. Why? What empowered you to charge
after that dream -- at the time it seemed unachievable, while many others
remained a spectator of life? Read More.
