The silver pants are back in the spotlight — and possibly back in rotation for good.
During the Patriots’ 2025 media day, the team posted a short IG video featuring Pop Douglas, Antonio Gibson, and Drake Maye suited up in the home navy jerseys… but this time they were paired with silver pants instead of the usual navy-on-navy combo. This is a notable shift from last month’s Rookie Premiere, where rookies TreVeyon Henderson and Kyle Williams sported the traditional navy pants look.
Fans were upset at the time.
This raises an intriguing question: Are the Patriots planning to return to silver pants as their DEFAULT home look this season? Or is this simply just an alternate set like last year?
